EY GDS Philippines is seeking a Senior Consultant (Korean Speaker) to support Consulting Engagement teams from Taguig or Cebu. The role emphasizes project management, coordination, engagement governance, and cross-location collaboration to deliver high-quality services across industries and regions.

The successful candidate will coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources, while providing bilingual support and knowledge sharing to the engagement team and client stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate with B.Com/BBA/MBA/Economics
• 3.5 to 5 years global work experience preferred
• MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) experience required
• TOPIK level 3–6 preferred
• Data collection and research background preferred

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and manage engagement deadlines and proactive communication
• Support end-to-end engagement lifecycle and governance requirements
• Assist with engagement economics: hours, budgets, fees, and WIPs with FMA
• Book staff on MERA or Retain via resource allocation process
• Act as central point of contact for assigned engagements
• Function as knowledge manager for engagement team (databases/websites)
• Coordinate multi-location engagements and report variances
• Communicate client information to account teams via cross-service newsletters
• Assist with ad-hoc project work for account teams
• Perform regular checks to ensure quality of delivery and translate as needed
