EY seeks a Japanese Multilingual Senior Consultant for the GDS EY team in Taguig. You will collaborate with project leaders to solve complex business problems, using your Japanese proficiency to engage clients and stakeholders while delivering high-quality consulting services.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to proposals, and support project delivery with a focus on efficiency gains through automation and AI, within EY’s diverse, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese (read, write, speak) required.
• 3–6 years of management consulting or relevant field preferred.
• Understanding of the consulting process and project lifecycle.
• Japanese Language Competence Level N3–N1.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or relevant field.
• Strong analytical ability and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Experience in proposal development and project delivery.
• Ability to identify risks and escalate issues.

Responsabilités

• Assist in consulting engagements with the team lead and project managers.
• Utilize Japanese language skills for clear communications with Japanese clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to high-quality consulting services, meeting timelines and schedules.
• Assist in writing reports, proposals, and other documentation in English and Japanese.
• Leverage understanding of Japanese business culture in client interactions.
• Participate in meetings and team discussions, sharing insights.
• Mentor and guide junior team members as a strong team leader.
• Explore opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI.
