• Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK Level 5 or 6, or native-level).
• Experience teaching Korean as a Second/Foreign Language with TOPIK prep.
• Experience applying CLT or learner-centered methods; curriculum design.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Korean language classes covering listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
• Apply CLT methodologies to promote practical language use and interactions.
• Plan structured lessons based on outcomes and assessment targets.
• Develop instructional materials, assessments, and resources.
• Prepare students for TOPIK examination formats and expectations.
• Utilize the LMS to manage course content, assignments, and progress.
• Provide timely feedback, coaching, and remediation.
• Monitor attendance and document student performance.
• Participate in curriculum review and academic meetings.
• Maintain an engaging, inclusive, and culturally informed classroom.
