Job summary

Accenture in Manila seeks an advanced contracting professional to lead end-to-end contracting activities, negotiate legal and commercial terms, and provide contract guidance to stakeholders, leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting.

You will collaborate with sourcing managers, Legal, and the Contracting COE to drive best-in-class contracting practices and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Korean language proficiency required.
• At least 3 years of contract management/contracting experience for experienced candidates.
• Open to candidates from both BPO and non-BPO backgrounds.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn procurement and contracting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contracting activities using approved templates, standards, and playbooks.
• Review, redline, and negotiate legal and commercial contract terms with suppliers.
• Advise stakeholders on contract interpretation, compliance, governance, and risk management.
• Ensure commercial agreements are accurately reflected in contractual language.
• Track and communicate contract status, risks, compliance requirements, and amendments.
• Partner with Legal and the Contracting COE on escalations and policy-related matters.
• Utilize AI and digital tools to streamline contract review, clause analysis, and reporting.
• Manage multiple contracting workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
