Job summary

Abbott Manila is seeking an STP - Accounts Payable Associate to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing in line with company policies. The role covers validation, coding, matching, and recording invoices, supporting financial reporting and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities include managing email workflows, processing PO and non-PO invoices, and assisting with vendor data maintenance and month-end close. Candidates with 1–2 years in accounting or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Accounting or finance; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Email and communication management to send invoices to Esker and respond to vendor/internal inquiries.
• Process incoming invoices (PO and non-PO) accurately and on time with proper coding.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies; support vendor statements reconciliation.
• Validate information for Vendor Master Data submission and maintenance.
• Assist with month-end close and accrual reconcilations for AP.
