Abbott Laboratories is seeking an STP - Accounts Payable Specialist at the Taguig location. The role focuses on accurate invoice processing, discrepancy resolution, and providing support for AP operations and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Accounting/Finance, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and experience with SAP, Coupa, or Esker. Korean language proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Atleast 5+ years of experience in Accounting or related Finance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance or related field.
• ERP/large accounting package experience (SAP, Coupa, Esker a plus).
• Korean language proficiency is required (read, write, speak).
• Strong end-to-end Source-To-Pay (STP) process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and timely.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and support AP function.
• Extract reports for management review.
• Assist in month-end close and audit support.
• Maintain vendor creation, statement reconciliation, and process documentation.

The Opportunity

This position works out of Taguig location within the Corporate Finance Services (CFS) division.

The STP - Accounts Payable Specialist will be accountable for the accurate and timely processing of invoices, resolving invoice discrepancies, and supporting the smooth operation of the accounts payable function. This role is also responsible for extracting reports in preparation for management review.

Experience/Background

• Has work experience with APAC regions is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of an ERP/Large Accounting package; SAP, Coupa and Esker a plus.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Source-To-Pay (STP) processes.
• Korean language proficiency is required. Read, Write, Speak
• Excellent attention to detail and proven organizational skills
• Highly motivated, reliable, accurate and able to work independently
