You will identify, evaluate, onboard KOLs/KOCs, maintain a performance-driven talent pool, and manage campaigns end-to-end—from briefs and negotiations to reporting and ROI optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Influencer marketing or related roles.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong network with influencers across various industries.
• Experience in negotiating and managing influencer contracts and deliverables.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute KOL and KOC strategies aligned with brand objectives and performance KPIs.
• Drive effective influencer collaborations across social media platforms ensuring content consistency and platform-native execution.
• Identify, evaluate, vet and onboard KOLs and KOCs aligned with brand standards and target audiences, maintain a performance-driven talent pool.
• Build and manage strong relationships with influencers, agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, including briefs, negotiations, contracts, timelines, deliverables and reporting.
• Track and optimize campaign performance to achieve target views, reach, ER, and effective KOL/KOC utilization, while improving ROI.
• Analyze performance using platform and social media analytics tool like Hypeauditor.
• Deliver regular performance and post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct market and competitor analysts to identify trends, benchmarks, and partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate timely influencer payments and stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
