Job summary

BingX is seeking a proactive Business Development professional in the Philippines to drive strategic partnerships with affiliates and KOLs, expanding our global crypto ecosystem. You will identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and design campaigns to boost trading volumes while building lasting alliances and market insight.

You’ll join a diverse, international team in a fast-moving Web3 and fintech environment, with flexibility in work arrangements and local policy-based benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role.
• Deep understanding of crypto markets is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and local languages is essential.

Responsibilities

• Formulate business development plans, assist the team in completing the introduction, negotiation, cooperation, and signing of business cooperation projects.
• Contact, negotiate, and close profitable deals with potential Affiliates or KOLs.
• Support Affiliates or KOLs and design special campaigns to increase their trading volume.
• Build partnerships with Affiliates or KOLs and promote cooperation with each other.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing Affiliates or KOLs.
