Job summary

Cosmetix Unlimited Inc is seeking a KOL & PR Manager to develop and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, influencers, media partners, and other personalities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and product visibility.

You will lead influencer partnerships from initial outreach and negotiation through campaign execution and reporting, coordinate product seeding, PR kits, gifting, and influencer campaigns, negotiate terms, and monitor outcomes to optimize future efforts.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building with influencers and media.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.

Job Summary

The KOL & PR Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, media partners, and other relevant personalities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and product visibility. The role will also oversee PR activities, influencer campaigns, product seeding, and brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute KOL, influencer, and PR strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals.


• Identify, research, and build relationships with relevant KOLs, influencers, creators, and media personalities.


• Manage influencer partnerships from initial outreach and negotiation through campaign execution and reporting.


• Coordinate product seeding, PR kits, gifting, and influencer campaigns.


• Negotiate rates, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms with KOLs and influencers.


• Monitor influencer content and ensure that agreed deliverables and brand guidelines are followed.


• Develop and maintain a database of KOLs, influencers, media contacts, and potential brand partners.


• Coordinate with the Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce, and other teams for campaign execution.


• Assist in organizing PR events, product launches, media activities, and brand collaborations.


• Prepare campaign briefs and communicate campaign objectives, key messages, and required content to influencers.


• Monitor campaign performance, including reach, engagement, content output, and other relevant metrics.


• Prepare regular KOL/PR campaign reports and recommendations based on results.


• Stay updated on current influencer trends, social media developments and emerging KOLs.


• Conduct competitor and market research related to influencer and PR activities.


• Maintain professional relationships with KOLs, agencies, media contacts, and external partners.


• Perform other marketing and PR-related tasks as assigned.
