Job summary

Aurecon Group is seeking a Knowledge Consultant to support the Winning Work team by researching, managing, and maintaining critical business information and knowledge assets. You will enhance content in knowledge management systems, ensure data quality, and analyze trends from bids and projects to drive business success.

You will identify opportunities to leverage AI and analytics to make work faster and smarter and collaborate with stakeholders across local and global teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in research, content management, data management, or similar functions.
• Experience managing and organizing content, data, and knowledge repositories.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Library Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Researching and sourcing data for company systems and knowledge base
• Maintenance of knowledge base content in repositories and systems
• Perform data quality audits and trend analyses on bids/projects
• Identify AI, automation, and analytics opportunities to improve efficiency

What will you do?

As a Knowledge Consultant, you will support the Winning Work team by researching, managing, and maintaining critical business information and knowledge assets that help secure new opportunities. You will create and enhance content within knowledge management systems, ensure data quality and accuracy, analyze trends from successful bids and projects, and provide guidance on best practices for information management. You will also identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve efficiency, collaborating with stakeholders across local and global teams to deliver high-quality insights and content that drive business success.

Below are some of the things you will be doing to support “bringing ideas to life”:

• Researching and sourcing data and information for capturing in the company systems and knowledge base
• Maintenance of the company knowledge base by writing, revising, and editing content in company information repositories and systems
• Performing data and information quality audits
• Perform data and information assessments to identify trends in successful proposals/tenders/bids and projects for client and work retention
• Support and guide users of the company information repositories and systems on company best practice
• Knows how to identify practical uses for AI to make work faster and smarter, including automation and analytics to improve business efficiency

What can you bring to the team?

• 2-3 years of experience in research, content management, data management, or similar functions
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow instructions
• Experience managing and organizing content, data, and knowledge repositories
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Library Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Workday, Microsoft Office, and other enterprise collaboration tools
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and business English skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
