Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Content Management Analyst to create, localize, and improve knowledge base content for employee platforms. You will ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility, adapting global HR content to local markets while aligning with Nestlé brand guidelines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage content lifecycle, and support localization, translation, and training activities to enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Design, Journalism or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in knowledge/content management.
• Experience in a Shared Services or Global Business Services environment is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining knowledge base contents (Articles, FAQ, Procedures, Policies, L5s).
• Coordinate multilingual translations and localization based on geography.
• Support chatbot training by tagging and formatting content for conversational AI tools.
• Collaborate with IBS HR BS Team for content improvements.
