Job summary

Nestlé Business Services AOA, Inc. is seeking a Digital Asset Management Specialist focused on project management. You will coordinate global DAM initiatives, test tools, and support content analytics while acting as SME for DAM and as an on-call backup for the supervisor.

You will oversee content assets, align with markets on KPIs, and work with the Content Management Team to improve asset tagging, upgrades, and ways of working. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

3-5 years of project management experience.
Familiar with DAM tools.
Knowledge of Agile in project management.
Experience with MS Project and Excel; Team Foundation Server.
Excellent stakeholder management across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Review and modify business requirements for content assets and system apps; coordinate with technical team; test solutions; document requirements.
Gather data on business requirements; understand markets' business issues.
Conform to shifting priorities and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proactively communicate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and deliver artifacts (BRD, Use Cases, GUI, workflows).
