Job summary

UMAEZ LLC in the Philippines seeks a hands-on Klaviyo specialist to own retention for our fragrance and health/wellness DTC brand, keeping subscribers engaged and coming back. You will build and manage all email and SMS flows, set up campaigns, craft segmentation, run A/B tests, ensure flawless delivery, and pull weekly performance insights.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on Klaviyo experience with flows, campaigns, segmentation, and reporting.
• E-commerce/DTC background; understands subscription economics, churn costs, and lifecycle flows.
• Strong QA discipline; no broken links, missing UTMs, or rendering issues.
• Data literacy to read performance data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
• Organised and calendar-driven; can manage multiple sends and brands in parallel.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote, async team; proactive communication when risks arise.
• Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo integrations; knowledge of retention-focused tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage all email and SMS flows in Klaviyo: welcome, post-purchase, pre-renewal, cancellation save, win-back, payment recovery, and new flows.
• Set up and manage all email and SMS campaigns on schedule and to brief.
• Create and maintain audience segmentation feeding into flows and campaigns.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, content variations, and offers; deliver readouts with recommendations.
• Own QA across every send: links, tracking, UTMs, renders, deliverability, and hygiene.
• Pull weekly/monthly performance reporting and monitor KPIs like open rates, click rates, revenue per recipient.
• Maintain the email and SMS calendar with Head of Retention; ensure visibility of upcoming flow launches.
• Stay current on Klaviyo updates, deliverability best practices, and retention trends.
