• Efficiently wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to food safety standards.
• Kitchen Support: Assist kitchen staff by ensuring a constant supply of clean dishes, pots, and pans to support food preparation and service.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized, including sorting and properly storing clean dishes and maintaining trash disposal systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and handle the physical demands of washing dishes and cleaning kitchen equipment.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and free from residue or damage.
• Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively with kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth operations and promptly address any dishwashing needs.
