Job summary

A leading hospitality company is looking for a Kitchen Equipment Technician to manage repairs and maintenance of all kitchen equipment across multiple sites. The ideal candidate should have a college degree related to kitchen repair, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and preferably hold an NC2 license in HVAC/Refrigeration. This position requires onsite work in Clark, Pampanga.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course or trade school related to kitchen repair and maintenance.
• At least 2 years of experience in kitchen technician works.
• Preferably possesses NC2 license (HVAC/Refrigeration).
• Amenable to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for repairs and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Conduct regular inspection of equipment at various locations.
• Report any problems to the engineer on duty.
• Attend to complaints regarding kitchen equipment.

About the job Kitchen Equipment Technician

Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all Kitchen Equipment Hot and Cold for Hotel, Mimosa Golf, Bay 49, Baker J,Kiosk or any Kitchen equipment under Mimosa Cityscapes Inc.

• Conducts regular inspection of all kitchen equipment of the Hotel including, golf clubhouse, Bay 49, Baker J Kiosk at Clark Airport Kitchen Equipment
• Reportsimmediately to engineer on duty any problems related to Kitchen equipment for immediate actions.
• Regular inspection of all Kitchen equipment breakages of equipment
• Conduct regular maintenance of all kitchen equipment thisincludes Refrigeration systems, hot and cold equipment
• Any other concerns raised at SARA application need to be attended, schedule repair
• Attends complaints with regards to Kitchen Equipment concerns
• Executes repairs and maintenance on regular basis or as directed by superiors
• Performssuch other functions as may be delegated by management from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

• College Degree: Graduate of 4 years course, Graduate in trade school or any related
  to Kitchen repair and maintenance
• At least 2 years experience in kitchen Technician works
• Preferably NC2 license (HVAC/Refrigeration)
• Can communicate well
• Amenable to work onsite at Clark, Pampanga
