Job summary

EDGE Tutor International seeks a Kids Premium ESL Tutor to teach online to young learners from your home in the Philippines. The PM shift runs from 5pm to 10pm with consistent bookings and earnings of ₱180–₱200 per hour plus bonuses.

You will have ready-made lesson materials and props, with ₱15,000 guaranteed pay for the first 3 months, launch bonuses up to ₱7,000, and HMO coverage up to ₱100,000 at 86 hours per month. No ESL experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any 4-year course) required.
• TESOL/TEFL certificate (120 hrs+) or willingness to obtain one.
• Must have 6+ months experience with kids and strong spoken English.

• ₱180-200/hr, consistent bookings, potential to earn ₱35,000+/month
• Schedule: 5pm-10pm PHT, 25 hrs/week minimum, 2 weekdays off
• Ready-made lesson materials and props, no lesson planning needed
• ₱15,000 guaranteed pay for your first 3 months, on top of your regular earnings

Requirements: Bachelor's degree (any 4-year course), diploma and TOR, at least 6 months experience with kids, strong spoken English, TESOL/TEFL certificate (120 hrs+) or willingness to obtain one, and a Philippine bank account for payroll.

You’ll also need a reliable home setup: i5 (10th gen+) or equivalent, 8GB RAM (16GB recommended), stable 25 Mbps main internet plus a backup connection, external HD webcam, and a bright, kid-friendly teaching space.
