Job summary

EDGE Tutor International is seeking a Kids Premium ESL Tutor for the PM shift, to teach online from home in the Philippines using ready-made materials. You will help young learners build confidence in English with consistent bookings and clear pay rates.

Earn ₱180–₱200 per hour with bonuses, including ₱15,000 guaranteed pay for the first 3 months and launch bonuses up to ₱7,000. Schedule is 5pm–10pm PHT, at least 25 hours per week, with two weekdays off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any 4-year course) required.
• At least 6 months experience with kids required.
• TESOL/TEFL certificate (120 hrs+) or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Teach online ESL lessons to kids using provided materials.
• Maintain engaging, kid-friendly virtual classroom.
• Meet scheduling requirements and ensure consistent bookings.

• ₱180-200/hr, consistent bookings, potential to earn ₱35,000+/month
• Schedule: 5pm-10pm PHT, 25 hrs/week minimum, 2 weekdays off
• Ready-made lesson materials and props, no lesson planning needed
• ₱15,000 guaranteed pay for your first 3 months, on top of your regular earnings
• Launch bonuses up to ₱7,000 (sign-up, certification, and training bonuses included)
• HMO coverage up to ₱100,000 when you hit 86 hrs/month
• No ESL experience required — open to Kumon tutors, SPED teachers, face-to-face teachers, and Sunday school or church tutors

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (any 4-year course), diploma and TOR, at least 6 months experience with kids, strong spoken English, TESOL/TEFL certificate (120 hrs+) or willingness to obtain one, and a Philippine bank account for payroll.

You'll also need a reliable home setup: i5 (10th gen+) or equivalent, 8GB RAM (16GB recommended), stable 25 Mbps main internet plus a backup connection, external HD webcam, and a bright, kid-friendly teaching space.
