Job summary

EDGE Tutor International is hiring a Kids Premium ESL Tutor to teach children online during the 5pm-10pm PHT window, from home with ready-made materials and no lesson planning needed. The role offers consistent bookings and a supportive virtual classroom that makes it easy to start quickly.

You can earn ₱180–₱200 per hour, with a minimum of 25 hours per week and a potential to reach ₱35,000+ monthly. Benefits include a ₱15,000 guaranteed pay for the first 3 months, launch bonuses up to ₱7,000,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any 4-year course) and a diploma with TOR.
• TESOL/TEFL certificate (120 hrs+) or willingness to obtain one.
• At least 6 months experience with kids; strong spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Teach kids using ready-made lesson materials; no lesson planning required.
• Maintain a reliable home setup and high-quality video; ensure a kid-friendly teaching space.

• ₱180-200/hr, consistent bookings, potential to earn ₱35,000+/month
• Schedule: 5pm-10pm PHT, 25 hrs/week minimum, 2 weekdays off
• Ready-made lesson materials and props, no lesson planning needed
• ₱15,000 guaranteed pay for your first 3 months, on top of your regular earnings

• HMO coverage up to ₱100,000 when you hit 86 hrs/month
• No ESL experience required — open to Kumon tutors, SPED teachers, face-to-face teachers, and Sunday school or church tutors

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (any 4-year course), diploma and TOR, at least 6 months experience with kids, strong spoken English, TESOL/TEFL certificate (120 hrs+) or willingness to obtain one, and a Philippine bank account for payroll.

You'll also need a reliable home setup: i5 (10th gen+) or equivalent, 8GB RAM (16GB recommended), stable 25 Mbps main internet plus a backup connection, external HD webcam, and a bright, kid-friendly teaching space.
