Job summary

EDGE Tutor International is seeking a Kids Premium ESL Tutor for the 5pm–10pm PHT shift. Work from home with ready-made lesson materials and a supportive setup, and earn ₱180–₱200 per hour plus bonuses.

A guaranteed ₱15,000 pay for the first 3 months and sign-up/training bonuses are offered. Minimum 25 hours per week with 2 weekdays off; HMO coverage up to ₱100,000 at 86 hours per month, and opportunities to earn up to ₱35,000+ monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any 4-year course) relevant to teaching
• TESOL/TEFL certificate (120 hrs+) or willingness to obtain one
• At least 6 months experience with kids

Responsibilities

• Deliver online ESL lessons to kids using provided materials.
• Maintain a bright, kid-friendly teaching space at home.
• Utilize ready-made lesson materials and props; no lesson planning required

• ₱180-200/hr, consistent bookings, potential to earn ₱35,000+/month

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (any 4-year course), diploma and TOR, at least 6 months experience with kids, strong spoken English, TESOL/TEFL certificate (120 hrs+) or willingness to obtain one, and a Philippine bank account for payroll.

You'll also need a reliable home setup: i5 (10th gen+) or equivalent, 8GB RAM (16GB recommended), stable 25 Mbps main internet plus a backup connection, external HD webcam, and a bright, kid-friendly teaching space.
