Qualifications

• 4+ years in Key Accounts, account management, or operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience handling HNI/premium clients.
• Ability to drive owner experience and process improvements.
• Proven ownership and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Drive owner NPS, engagement, and overall owner experience.
• Collaborate with KAMs, Product, Revenue, and Operations for initiatives.
• Monitor TATs, SLAs, escalations, and dashboards.
• Drive Owner App adoption, engagement, loyalty initiatives.
• Improve SOPs, processes, trackers, and workflows.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Support Owner and Guest Management tasks as needed.
