Job summary

Caldic is seeking a driven Key Account Manager in Pasig City, Philippines, to lead growth in the Food and Nutrition sector. Hybrid work setup, fast-paced environment, and a focus on expanding market share by acquiring new clients and strengthening key accounts.

You will act as a trusted advisor, provide technical guidance, and collaborate across teams to position Caldic and Principal products effectively while driving sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field (Food Technology, Chemistry, etc.)
• 5–8 years in Sales or Business Development in Food & Nutrition
• Strong commercial acumen with proven targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to support product promotion, handle technical inquiries, and train customers
• Analytical ability to analyze market and customer data
• Willingness to travel within territory
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM software

Responsibilities

• Prospect strategically to grow the customer base in Food & Nutrition, expanding market share.
• Develop and execute plans to exceed sales quotas by pursuing potential clients in assigned territories.
• Capture new market share by moving quickly on leads and converting them into customers.
• Cultivate relationships with existing key accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
• Understand customer needs and position portfolio to support business objectives.
• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance as an industry expert and trusted advisor.
• Represent Caldic and principals at industry events and trade shows.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
