Caldic is seeking a driven Key Account Manager for the Food and Nutrition sector (Bakery, Beverage & Processed Meat) in the Philippines. This remote role focuses on expanding market share, hunting new opportunities, and building a robust pipeline with key accounts.

You will provide technical guidance to customers, promote our principals' products, and network at industry events to strengthen Caldic's market presence.

Qualifications

• Education in science or related field.
• Experience in Food and Nutrition sales/BD role.
• Strong commercial acumen with hunter sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical knowledge to support product promotion and customer training.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: identify and pursue new opportunities to grow the customer base and hit growth targets.
• Account Management & Relationship Building: deepen relationships with key accounts and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Food & Nutrition Segment Growth: focus on expanding market share within the Food & Nutrition sector.
• Technical Promotion & Support: promote principals' products and provide technical training to customers.
• Market Representation & Networking: represent Caldic at industry events and stay current on market trends.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: track account performance and report market insights.
