Qualifications

• 3-5 years of software development or integration experience.
• 2+ years of Kafka development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Python, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, and cloud-native development practices.
• Build Kafka producers and consumers using approved development frameworks.
• Develop and maintain event-driven microservices and data pipelines.
• Implement integrations using Kafka Connect and API-based services.
• Support schema lifecycle management and data quality validation.
