Job summary

MoneeInsure Philippines is seeking a Junior Underwriter who will develop and maintain underwriting SOPs, ensure regulatory compliance, and support daily underwriting operations with local and regional teams.

You will evaluate applications, process transactions, conduct risk assessments, and help drive system enhancements and process improvements through testing and cross-functional collaboration.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in underwriting or related insurance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of underwriting or related insurance operations experience.
• Knowledge of underwriting principles, risk assessment, policy terms, and controls.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle underwriting operations across new business, renewals, endorsements following guidelines.
• Assess documents for completeness and compliance, ensure quality and turnaround targets.
• Identify data gaps; coordinate for needed clarification and documentation.
• Support governance, controls, and regulatory compliance in underwriting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product and process improvements.
