Boehringer Ingelheim Business Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a Junior Third Party Risk Management Specialist to join our Manila team. You will support day-to-day risk activities within the Know Your Business Partner program, contributing to a growing Shared Service Center.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and offers the opportunity to develop skills in risk assessment, stakeholder partnering, and process improvements while working night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Good English at least B2; Mandarin and/or Japanese are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines.
• Provide support to stakeholders throughout the end-to-end Know Your Business Partner process, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
• Assist in the monitoring and analysis of risk exposure across the third-party portfolio, ensuring alignment with Boehringer Ingelheim’s risk appetite and exposure guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various countries to ensure effective communication and task execution.
• Manage task intake, prioritize, and track tasks using provided systems and tools.
• Support the team in maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to process improvements.
