Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Business Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a details-oriented Risk Management professional to join our Know Your Business Partner (KYBP) team within the GBS organization in Manila.

You will execute TPRM activities, support stakeholders end-to-end, and monitor risk exposure across our third-party portfolio. The role requires a university degree and at least 2 years in compliance or risk management, with strong communication and business English.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Economics, Law, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in compliance or risk management, preferably in a Legal/Compliance Shared Services environment or in-house Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines.
• Provide operational support to stakeholders with end-to-end process.
• Support the monitoring and analysis of risk exposure across the third-party portfolio, ensuring alignment with Boehringer Ingelheim’s risk appetite.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
• Manage task intake, prioritize, and track tasks using provided systems.
• Provide first-level advisory support to customers via phone or email, focusing on resolving standard or moderately complex issues.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the internal knowledge base by documenting processes and best practices.

About Our Future Employee

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance or risk management, preferably within a Legal/Compliance Shared Services environment or an in-house Compliance department.
• Strong customer focus and business partnering skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• High learning agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in business English (minimum B2 level); Japanese or Mandarin language skills are a plus.
