Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Economics, Law or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome and candidates with relevant experience considered.
• Strong customer focus and business partnering skills with excellent communication.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• High learning agility and proactive problem solving.
• Business English proficiency (minimum B2); Mandarin/Japanese a plus.
• Desire to grow in Third-Party Risk Management and collaborate across teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to handle changing priorities.
• Open to Speak-Up culture and process optimization ideas.
• Able to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management activities in line with processes.
• Provide end-to-end support for Know Your Business Partner tasks with stakeholders.
• Monitor risk exposure across third-party portfolios in line with risk appetite.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across countries to ensure clear communication.
• Manage task intake, prioritization, and tracking using provided systems.
• Help maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements.
