Egis Asia Philippines is seeking experienced Technical Officers/Designers to expand our Transmission & Distribution Design business, addressing projects in the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of design/drafting experience.
• Proficiency with MicroStation and AutoCAD.
• Able to read electrical drawings, P&ID, SLD.

Responsibilities

• Design of distribution & transmission overhead and underground lines.
• Design of distribution substations and associated components.
• Prepare detailed design drawings and documentation.
• Assist with project scoping and cost estimation.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers across locations.

Egis Asia Philippines is seeking experienced Technical Officers/Designers to expand our Transmission & Distribution Design business, addressing projects in the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East. • Design of distribution & transmission overhead and underground lines / cable networks,
• Design of distribution substations,
• Preparation of detailed design drawings and documentation,
• Project scoping and cost estimating,
• Complete tasks in our offices, on-site, and at client locations,
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality projects,
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and client specifications,
• Participate in technical meetings and provide design input as required.

• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Electrical Engineering,
• Minimum 2 years of design and/or drafting experience,,
• With working experience in using MicroStation (as a main design / drafting software), AutoCAD, NEARA, PLS CADD, CATAN, or similar design software,
• Effective written and verbal communication skills,
• Team player, willing to work on international projects,
• Ability to work closely with other engineers and designers,
• With basic understanding of distribution systems,
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, P&ID, SLD,
• Working knowledge of fundamental electrical engineering principles,
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
