Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
• Preferably with experience in Non-Life Insurance
• Basic understanding of systems analysis, documentation, and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of SQL or basic scripting is a plus
