Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Shared Service Centre – Supply Chain Cost Controller in Metro Manila to centralise procurement and cost-control activities across 3,000+ business centres. The role focuses on proactive ticket management, policy enforcement, and cost reduction through supplier engagement and process improvements.

The incumbent will work in a hybrid setup, coordinating with global operations and local teams to ensure accurate processing of orders and expenses and to tighten control over spend.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in written and spoken form; additional languages are a benefit.
• Enjoy helping people and resolving issues with centre teams and vendors.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a process.
• Independent problem solver who can identify and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Receive service ticket requests from centres and verify information.
• Approve or reject tickets against global policies within SLA.
• Submit work to nominated suppliers and manage engagement within SLA.
• Follow up with suppliers and centres to ensure satisfactory completion.
