Job summary

IWG is seeking a Shared Service Centre – Supply Chain Cost Controller to centralise procurement and cost control activities for its global network of centres. The role focuses on proactive ticket management, policy enforcement, and supplier engagement to reduce costs and improve profitability.

You will manage service tickets, coordinate with nominated suppliers, and ensure adherence to global processes while fostering collaboration with centres and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Receive service tickets from centres and verify information.
• Approve or reject requests per global policies and SLAs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to execute work within SLAs.
• Follow up to ensure timely completion and quality of work.
• Process monthly stock take orders and validate against policies.
• Resolve issues from suppliers or centre teams promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and update the procurement app with accurate data.
