Virginia Food, Inc (VFI) invites a Junior Specialist, Frontline Talent Development to join our Iloilo City team. You will help develop and implement the Talent Development Road Map and LMS for the Sales & Marketing Division, and train staff on new SOPs and systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR Development Management (Fresh Graduates encouraged).
• Must be accurate and detail-oriented; well-developed written and oral communication skills.
• Willing to work or currently residing in Iloilo City.

• Assisting and contributing to the development and implementation of Talent Development Road Map and Learning Management System for all positions under Sales & Marketing Division;
• Serving as a Technical Trainer for new SOP and key systems training under the assigned Business Channels
• Providing prompt assistance and establishing active communication to the Division Heads and Immediate Supervisors.
