Responsibilities

Carry out process design engineering tasks to support manufacturing and material process optimization.
Contribute to engineering solutions development and feasibility testing.
Draft and evaluate engineering standards and specifications.
Carry out inspections and liaise with senior staff to ensure conformance to specs and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers in contract management activities.
Identify process improvements and drive change management initiatives.
Draft standardized proposals in response to bid solicitations and ensure timely submissions.
Support knowledge management systems and share best practices.
Develop and deliver product and solution development activities.
Manage project schedules and contribute to project planning and execution.
Develop personal capabilities through training and coaching to enhance performance.
