You will work with senior project managers and site supervisors to interpret plans, monitor quality, and prepare progress reports, helping ensure timely completion of projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0–1 year of site or internship experience is a plus; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Willingness to work outdoors and experience on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work complies with plans, specs, and timelines.
• Monitor construction quality and enforce safety regulations on-site.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to guide workers and contractors.
• Prepare daily site reports, material logs, and progress updates for project managers.
