Job summary

GECO Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a CRM Consultant to help expand expertise into SAP C4C. You will participate in SAP C4C projects, gather requirements, and configure solutions under senior guidance. Hands-on mentoring and project exposure will support your transition from SAP CRM or Salesforce backgrounds into SAP C4C.

This role focuses on customer engagement processes, workshops, and continuous product knowledge development within a modern SAP customer experience environment.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in CRM consulting, implementation, support, or administration.
• Experience in SAP CRM or Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud or related modules).
• Understanding of CRM business processes including Sales Management, Customer Service, Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Order, and Customer Interaction Management.

Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP C4C implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Sales, Service, and Customer Engagement processes.
• Configure and customize SAP C4C solutions under guidance of senior consultants.
• Conduct workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.
• Support data migration, integration, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Assist in troubleshooting functional issues and recommending process improvements.
• Continuously develop SAP C4C product knowledge through training and project experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Other enterprise CRM platforms with strong customer-facing process knowledge
• Understanding of CRM business processes including:
  • Sales Management
  • Customer Service
  • Lead-to-Opportunity
  • Opportunity-to-Order
  • Customer Interaction Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP C4C / SAP Sales Cloud / SAP Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant experience.
• Experience with CRM implementation projects.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, middleware, or data migration concepts.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• SAP or Salesforce certifications are an advantage but not required.
