Job summary

Rippedboxstation in the Philippines is seeking a Junior Developer (Salesforce / SFDC) to join our team and contribute to Salesforce application development. You will work on Apex and Lightning Web Components, with emphasis on declarative configurations and integration tasks, while collaborating with analysts and senior developers.

The role targets 0–2 years of Salesforce experience, with a 40 hours/week schedule aligned to EST.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
0–2 years of Salesforce development or CRM/software development experience.
Basic understanding of Salesforce Platform, Apex, and LWC.
Familiarity with SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data modeling.
REST/SOAP API basics and system integrations.
OOP concepts and Git or similar version control familiarity.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication; team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools.
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, rules, Flows, and security.
Assist in building custom business logic with Apex classes, triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.
Support Lightning Web Components to enhance user experience.
Perform unit testing, bug fixing, and troubleshooting under guidance.
Assist with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Maintain technical documentation, deployment notes, and system configs.
Collaborate with Analysts, QA, and seniors to deliver features.
Participate in code reviews and apply feedback to code quality.
Follow Salesforce development standards and security guidelines.
