Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• 0–2 years experience in Salesforce development or CRM/software development.
• Understanding of Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, and configuration.
• Familiarity with SOQL/SOSL and data modeling concepts.
• Basic REST/SOAP APIs knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce apps using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, Flows, and security.
• Assist in building custom business logic using Apex classes, triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Support Lightning Web Components to enhance user experience.
• Perform unit testing, bug fixing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution under guidance.
• Assist with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party apps.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment notes, and system configuration records.
• Collaborate with BAs, QA Engineers, and senior developers to deliver features.
• Participate in code reviews and implement feedback to improve code quality.
• Follow Salesforce development standards, coding best practices, and security guidelines.
