Job summary

RippedBoxStation in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Junior Salesforce Developer to join our software team and contribute to Salesforce apps using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools.

You will work under seniors to implement custom logic, configurations, integrations, and documentation while adhering to Salesforce standards and security guidelines. A bachelor’s degree is required with 0–2 years experience.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with SOQL/SOSL and data modeling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce apps using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools.

• Assist in building custom business logic using Apex classes, triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Support Lightning Web Components to enhance user experience.

Position: Junior Developer (Salesforce / SFDC)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
• Configure and customize Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, Flows, and security settings.
• Assist in building custom business logic using Apex classes, triggers, and SOQL/SOSL queries.
• Support the development of Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience.
• Perform unit testing, bug fixing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution under the guidance of senior developers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Salesforce development, CRM development, or software development.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce Platform, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
• Familiarity with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling concepts.
• Basic knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while following established development processes.
