The Role

The Junior Resource Assistant supports the Resource Manager in the effective delivery of Audit services by coordinating diaries, schedules and resource allocations and Inboxes across teams and UK locations. The role helps manage changing priorities, sickness absence and unforeseen staffing requirements, ensuring resources are deployed efficiently to meet client and business needs.

Working closely with Audit teams and stakeholders, the Junior Resource Assistant provides proactive administrative support, maintains accurate scheduling information and assists with contingency planning to ensure smooth service delivery and optimal resource utilisation.

  • Help repurpose capacity across Accounts, Wealth, KYC, Business Support and Tax in response to demand fluctuations.
Real-Time Intervention
  • Perform real-time and near-real-time reviews to identify dips in productivity, quality or throughput.
  • Support reactive problem solving by escalating risks, recommending corrective actions and supporting implementation.
  • Assist in managing peaks, seasonality and short-term demand surges through smart capacity adjustments.
Support with Reporting

  • Support forecasting and demand planning by analysing historic trends, seasonality and workflow patterns.
SLA & Reviewer Collaboration
