The Junior Resource Assistant supports the Resource Manager in the effective delivery of Audit services by coordinating diaries, schedules and resource allocations and Inboxes across teams and UK locations. The role helps manage changing priorities, sickness absence and unforeseen staffing requirements, ensuring resources are deployed efficiently to meet client and business needs.
Working closely with Audit teams and stakeholders, the Junior Resource Assistant provides proactive administrative support, maintains accurate scheduling information and assists with contingency planning to ensure smooth service delivery and optimal resource utilisation.
You’ll get exposure to how a professional services delivery model actually runs, working closely with UK-based stakeholders and gaining practical experience in workflow management, capacity planning and SLA performance from day one.
