The Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing institutional clients while actively developing new business opportunities. The RM serves as the primary point of contact for these clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions that encompass a wide range of banking products and services to help achieve the Bank’s growth, profitability, and client satisfaction objectives.
