Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM
• 2-3 years experience in testing large and complex enterprise web applications with focus on Manual testing
• Hands-on experience developing automated test suites using Selenium or similar tools
• Experience testing software products in JAVA / J2EE and Web environment
• Excellent knowledge of Internet/Web technologies
• Good working knowledge of Windows environment and SQL database
• Experience implementing API-level test cases (highly desirable)
• Exposure to full life-cycle commercial product development (highly desirable)
• Exposure with Cypress, K6, Appium, and Robot Framework is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality product testing and comprehensive support for Workforce Optimizer Products
• Keep JIRA case notes up to date with defined problem statements, troubleshooting efforts, results and next steps with time-frames
• Utilize outstanding customer service skills to promote customer satisfaction and retention
• Update technical skills and domain expertise to meet SLAs and evolving technology landscape
