Job summary

Enstack Technologies, Inc. is seeking a product-focused professional to drive PRD creation, API integrations, and UAT testing while shaping product strategy and roadmaps. You will partner with design, engineering, and data teams to translate insights into shipped features that improve the user experience.

The role requires collaboration across departments and offshore teams in a startup-friendly environment, with a focus on delivering impactful products and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of product development/management or project management.
• Self-starter with startup experience and minimal supervision.
• Able to communicate effectively with other departments and offshore teams.
• Familiar with agile development.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive work to completion with designers & engineers.
• Strong understanding of SDKs, APIs and technology stacks in building products.
• Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or ClickUp.

Responsibilities

• Excellent at PRD creation and scoping.
• Has a lot of experience with APIs and integration (reading documentation, basic architecture).
• Knows how to do UAT and testing (can write test cases).
• Able to plan product strategy and roadmaps.
• Has a good understanding of UX and customer insights.

• Has experience shipping several products and features.

• Self-starter, can work with minimum supervision, and is comfortable working in a startup environment
• Able to communicate effectively with other departments and offshore teams
• Familiar with agile development
• Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
• Ability to drive work to completion with designers & engineers
• Strong understanding of SDKs, APIs and other technology stacks in building products
• Knowledge and practice in using product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Clickup (CU preferred)
• Experience in startup work environment is preferred
