Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Junior PCB Design Engineer in Toa Payoh North, Singapore. You will assist in developing and refining PCB designs, create layouts, and help with testing and documentation to support product quality and reliability.

The role requires a diploma or degree in electronics or electrical engineering, basic PCB design knowledge, and familiarity with PCB design software. Training will be provided in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge or hands-on exposure to PCB design and layout is preferred.
• Familiarity with PCB design software through work, internship, school projects or practical training will be advantageous.
• Basic understanding of electronic circuits, component placement and PCB routing.
• Able to read technical drawings and prepare basic engineering documentation.
• Willing to learn, detail-oriented and able to work well within an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of new PCB designs and enhancement of existing designs.
• Develop PCB layouts, including component placement and trace routing.
• Review existing designs and recommend improvements where appropriate.
• Assist with circuit simulation and feasibility evaluation for new design concepts.
• Prepare design documentation, specifications and PCB models.
• Perform PCB testing and assist in analysing test results.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and participate in project discussions.
• Support continuous improvements to PCB functionality, quality and reliability.

• Position: Junior PCB Design Engineer


• Location: Toa Payoh North


• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM


• Salary (commensurate with experience): S$3,800–S$4,000 Basic Monthly + AWS + Variable Bonus of up to 2 Months, subject to company performance + 14 Days Annual Leave


• Duration: Permanent
