Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1+ year payroll/HR experience.
• Proficient in administering statutory benefits and remittances to government agencies.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Payroll System/HRIS.
• Experience in preparing consolidated payroll reports is an advantage.
• Payroll professional certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Compute payroll information for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports and process remittance payments to government agencies.
• Handle additional payroll computations and reports as required.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing expert payroll advice.
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
• Provide continuous improvement recommendations for payroll processes to boost efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
