SGS Global Business Services Asia Inc. is seeking an Advisor for Non-Food Compliance to guide clients through legislative requirements, review pack copy and product specifications, and ensure adherence to industry guidelines.

You will collaborate with clients and suppliers, stay updated on regulatory changes, develop standard sign-off checklists, and train junior staff while contributing to the advisory business growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Technical background with understanding of test methods and technical reports.
• Appreciation of consumer protection legislation.
• Highly organized with ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong IT skills and proactive learning mindset.
• Ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, check, question and approve pack copy/product specifications per client requirements.
• Ensure pack copy adheres to EU/UK legislation, codes of practice and guidelines.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, design agencies, print houses and stakeholders.
• Attend meetings with BD/account manager, clients and suppliers.
• Provide guidance on legislation, codes and guidelines.
• Keep up to date on legislation, guidelines and trends in non-food consumer products.
• Develop a technical sign-off checklist to confirm regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain working instructions to support processes and knowledge transfer.
• Train and cross-train advisory team, onboarding junior advisors and technologists.
• Contribute to the growth of the advisory business and maintain client relationships.
