Job summary

Inchcape Digital in the Philippines is seeking a Junior MLOps Engineer to design and deploy scalable ML pipelines and manage end‑to‑end data orchestration using Azure Databricks. You will join a fast‑growing team focused on innovation and robust data solutions.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitor production models, and gain hands‑on experience with PySpark, Databricks, MLflow, Azure Data Factory, and Docker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering and production model deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable ML pipelines and workflows using Azure Databricks.
• Manage end-to-end data orchestration through Azure Data Factory, Azure Function Apps, and Logic Apps.
• Maintain GitHub repositories, code versioning, and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
• Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production ML models with automated retraining workflows.
• Lead production deployment of ML solutions with scalability, governance, and operational excellence.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver ML solutions aligned with business needs.
• Contribute to broader Data Analytics Platform initiatives and cross-functional projects.

What you'll do

• Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver ML solutions aligned with business objectives and operational needs.
• Contribute to broader Data Analytics Platform initiatives and cross-functional projects as business requirements evolve.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML engineering and production model deployment.
• Strong experience with PySpark, Databricks, MLflow, Azure Data Factory, Docker, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of model monitoring, retraining workflows, and production troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Azure and Databricks certifications are a plus.
