Job summary

Inchcape Digital, part of Inchcape's global network, is seeking a Junior MLOps Engineer to help build, deploy, monitor, and optimize enterprise-grade ML solutions while supporting scalable AI initiatives across a global automotive organization.

You will design and operate scalable pipelines using Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and CI/CD practices, collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver reliable AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 2-4 years hands-on AI/ML engineering and production deployment.
• Strong experience with PySpark, Databricks, MLflow, Azure Data Factory, Docker and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable ML pipelines and workflows with Databricks.
• Manage end-to-end data orchestration using Azure Data Factory and Logic Apps.
• Maintain GitHub repos, versioning, and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
• Deploy, monitor, and retrain production ML models for accuracy and performance.
• Lead production deployment of ML solutions with governance and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align ML solutions with business needs.
• Contribute to broader Data Analytics Platform initiatives and cross-functional work.

We are seeking a talented and driven Junior MLOps Engineer to join Inchcape Digital's Data Analytics Platform team. In this role, you will help build, deploy, monitor, and optimize enterprise-grade machine learning solutions while supporting scalable AI and data initiatives across a global automotive organization.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable machine learning pipelines and workflows using Azure Databricks.
• Manage end-to-end data orchestration through Azure Data Factory, Azure Function Apps, and Logic Apps.
• Maintain GitHub repositories, code versioning, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable and efficient deployments.
• Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production ML models, including automated retraining workflows to ensure performance and accuracy.
• Lead production deployment of ML solutions while ensuring scalability, reliability, governance compliance, and operational excellence.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver ML solutions aligned with business objectives and operational needs.
• Contribute to broader Data Analytics Platform initiatives and cross-functional projects as business requirements evolve.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and production model deployment.
• Strong experience with PySpark, Databricks, MLflow, Azure Data Factory, Docker, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of model monitoring, retraining workflows, and production troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Azure and Databricks certifications are a plus.
