Our Digital Experience Platform is looking for a Staff Engineer (Product Engineering) to lead the technical direction of complex, production-critical systems across multiple teams. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and system architecture, ensuring scalable, resilient, and high-performing products while reducing technical risk. You’ll play a key role in shaping engineering excellence, solving the most complex system challenges, and enabling teams to deliver with confidence.

What you'll do

• Define and evolve architecture and technical direction across systems and teams
• Lead design of high-impact, cross-functional engineering initiatives
• Drive key technical decisions balancing business value, speed, and system healthIdentify and reduce systemic technical and operational risks
• Serve as escalation point for critical or high-risk technical issues
• Build shared platforms, patterns, and capabilities to scale team productivity
• Mentor engineers on system design, trade-offs, and technical decision-making
• Partner with engineering and product leaders on strategy and roadmap execution

• Strong ability to reason about large-scale distributed systems and failure modes
• Proven experience translating business goals into clear technical strategies
• Excellent architectural judgment across multiple systems or domains
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs and prioritize technical investments effectivelyDemonstrated influence across teams without direct authority
