Job summary

Axos is seeking a Jr. Analyst to execute recurring data pulls, maintain dashboards (GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Workfront), and perform QA for the Marketing Data & Analytics team. This is an execution and accuracy role focused on clean data delivered on a reliable cadence.

You will pull and validate campaign performance data for weekly and monthly reporting, document data definitions, report logic, and known issues for team continuity, and escalate anomalies proactively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1-2 years experience.
• Working proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Exposure to GA4, Salesforce (CRM or Marketing Cloud), or a comparable marketing platform.
• Strong written and spoken English — interfaces with US stakeholders in writing daily.
• High attention to detail; comfortable with repetitive, precision‑dependent work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refresh existing dashboards (GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Workfront) on a defined schedule
• Pull and validate campaign performance data for weekly/monthly reporting
• Perform QA on data feeds and flag discrepancies before they reach senior analysts or stakeholders
• Support ad hoc data requests from the broader marketing team
• Document data definitions, report logic, and known issues for team continuity
• Escalate anomalies or blockers proactively rather than waiting to be asked
