Job Opportunity: Junior Marketing Coordinator

Core Responsibilities

Graphics & Video: Design Canva graphics, carousels, flyers, and thumbnails; edit short-form videos with clean audio, strong hooks, accurate captions, and correct sizing.

Scheduling & Publishing: Maintain the content calendar, coordinate approvals, schedule posts, and verify live publication links.

Campaign Support: Assist with property promos, investor newsletters, and webinars using approved content.

Organization & Reporting: Organize digital assets, maintain task updates, coordinate handoffs, and submit accurate weekly production reports.

Requirements & Expectations

Core Skills: Strong written English, demonstrated graphic design and video editing abilities, attention to detail, and coachability.

A-Player Traits: Meet commitments, double-check work, communicate blockers early, apply feedback, and report accurately. (Note: This role supports existing strategy and does not own ad budgets or automation).
